高职院校借鉴“卓越计划”的可行性研究

摘　　要：目前,高职院校的可持续发展陷入了困境,人才培养质量急需提高。而我国于2010年推出的、旨在提高工程师培养质量的"卓越计划",对于高职院校加强内涵建设、顺应潮流、树立发展榜样、解除困扰、夯实实践基础、实现合作共赢等方面具有重大意义。因此,分析并研究高职院校与"卓越计划"在人才培养的理念、层次、标准体系、联合机制以及师资要求等方面存在的相通之处,以期为高职院校借鉴"卓越计划"提供可行性条件,实现高职院校与企业共赢发展。At present, the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges goes in to a dilemma, and the improvement of personal training is urgent. The＂ Program of Excellent Engineers＂, which aims to improve the quality of engineers launched in 2010, is important to higher vocational colleges in many aspects, such as in strengthening the connotation construction and conforming to the trend of development, setting up the example and relieving distress, tamping the practice foundation and achieving win-win cooperation etc. Therefore, analyzing the factors in common between higher vocational colleges and the program in the concept of personnel training, level, standard system. The mechanism and the requirements for teachers will provide the feasibility condition and pave the way for higher vocational colleges by drawing on the experience from＂ Program of Excellence Engineers＂.
