蒸馏法提取印蒿油成分分析及在卷烟中的应用

摘　　要：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取印蒿精油，经GC／MS分析其挥发性成分，并进行卷烟加香试验。结果表明，水蒸气蒸馏印蒿精油产率0．16％；印蒿油检测出69种挥发性成分，相对百分含量最高的是印蒿酮（55．312％），二环大根香叶烯（5．192％）、印蒿醚（4．390％），桂酸乙酯（4．05（蚴；印蒿精油（1％稀释液）在卷烟加香试验中施加0．02％,--0．10％比例，能在一定程度上改善卷烟香气，柔和烟气。The Artemisia palls Wall. was extracted by steam distillation, then the oil were analyzed by GC/MS and added to cigarettes as a flavor. The results show that extraction efficiency was O. 16%, and 69 constituents were identified in the oil. The highest relative contents are davanone （55.312%）, bicyclogermacrene （5.192%）, davana Ether （4.390%）, and ethyl cirmamate （4.050%）. The Artemisia palls Wall oil diluted to 1% as a flavor, adding 0.02%-0.10% to cigarettes effect was better, which could improve aroma quality, and soften smoke.
