摘 要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取印蒿精油,经GC/MS分析其挥发性成分,并进行卷烟加香试验。结果表明,水蒸气蒸馏印蒿精油产率0.16%;印蒿油检测出69种挥发性成分,相对百分含量最高的是印蒿酮(55.312%),二环大根香叶烯(5.192%)、印蒿醚(4.390%),桂酸乙酯(4.05(蚴;印蒿精油(1%稀释液)在卷烟加香试验中施加0.02%,--0.10%比例,能在一定程度上改善卷烟香气,柔和烟气。The Artemisia palls Wall. was extracted by steam distillation, then the oil were analyzed by GC/MS and added to cigarettes as a flavor. The results show that extraction efficiency was O. 16%, and 69 constituents were identified in the oil. The highest relative contents are davanone (55.312%), bicyclogermacrene (5.192%), davana Ether (4.390%), and ethyl cirmamate (4.050%). The Artemisia palls Wall oil diluted to 1% as a flavor, adding 0.02%-0.10% to cigarettes effect was better, which could improve aroma quality, and soften smoke.
