摘  要:选择4,6,8,128龄巴美肉羊各10R进行屠宰试验,分别测定不同月龄巴美肉羊的体长、体高、宰前活重、净肉重、胴体重、水分、脂肪、蛋白质、灰分等,确定不同月龄巴美肉羊生长发育状况。通过测定及分析可知,4-6月龄巴美肉羊体长,体高增长较快(p〈0.05),6~8月龄巴美肉羊增重较快(p〈0.05),8月龄后增长缓慢。肌肉中水分含量在8月龄前逐渐增加,而在12B龄开始下降(p〈0.05),灰分随月龄的变化不明显;蛋白质和脂肪的含量随着月龄逐渐增加。综合各月龄生长状况.可得出8月龄为巴美肉羊较适合的屠宰期。The aim of this study is to examine the basic law of growth performance of Bamei mutton sheep. Groups of ten Bamei mutton sheep were slaughtered at 4, 6, 8 and 12 months of age, the body length, body height, alive weight, net meat weight, carcass weight, and some nutrient composition were determined in different months of age. The results showed the body length and height of Bamei mutton sheep fxom 4~6 months of age were significantly higher other period (p〈0.05), and they gained their body weight quickly between 6~8 months of age, but became slower after 8 months of age. Water content increased gradually before 8 months of age, but began to decline at 12 months of age (p〈0.05), the ash content did not change obviously, the content of protein and fat increased gradually with months of age. As a conclusion, 8 months of age should be the best slaughter time.
