摘　　要：调研发现,高校思政课师资队伍建设存在重视不够、政策没有落实到位、师资队伍素质良莠不齐、培训力度不足、少数高校机构建设没跟上等问题。针对上述问题,提出如下建议:加大督查力度,敦促学校领导重视,使相关政策落实到位;加大培训力度,使培训制度化;强化师资队伍专业化建设,逐渐减少兼职教师和非专业背景的教师等。The report finds that universities have not paid great emphasis on “ideological and political education” faculty development. In addition, the related policies have not been effectively implemented, and some teachers are not qualified while the teachers＆#39; training has not been sufficient. Furthermore, a small number of universities have not created related institutions. In response to these problems, the author advises that university leaders should put more efforts on review and investigation in order to successfully implement the policies, and universities should make a systematic training program and promote the professional development of faculty so as to gradually decrease the number of part-time faculty and non-professional teachers.
