摘　　要："以学生为中心"本科教育理论为当前各国旨在提升高等教育质量的改革提供了重要的理论支撑。牛津大学本科生导师制在实施目标定位、教学过程组织以及师生关系建构上都充分地体现出了"以学生为中心"的本科教育理念。这一理念成为牛津大学本科生导师制教学质量得以保障的关键。从学生的角度解读牛津大学本科生导师制的教育理念,有助于为我国高校本科生导师制的有效实施提供有益的启示和借鉴。The undergraduate educational theory of ＂Student-centered＂ has provided the important basis for the current higher educational reformation. The Oxford undergraduate tutorial system embodies this theory in its goal, educational procession and the relationship between the tutors and undergraduates. This theory has become the key of assuring the teaching quality of the Oxford undergraduate tutorial system. Using the theory of ＂Student-centered＂ to analyze the Oxford undergraduate tutorial system will give us some useful inspiration.
