面向岗位能力的中高职课程体系衔接探究——以数控专业为例

摘　　要：针对中高职课程衔接中出现的培养目标层次不清、课程内容重复现象严重、文化和理论基础课程薄弱脱节等主要问题,从数控专业面向的岗位出发,以能力为本位,从培养目标、课程结构及课程设置三方面系统构建基于岗位能力的层次化模块化中高职课程衔接体系。Some problems occurred in the linkage of curriculum system in secondary and higher vocational education, such as unclear hierarchy cultivation objectives, serious repetition of course content, and weak and disjointed academic and theoretical foundation curriculums. Aiming at these problems, starting with the numerical control specialty oriented posts and insisting on the abilitybased the ability, the curriculum linking system of secondary and higher vocational edu cation based on post abilities was constructed from cultivation objectives, curriculum structure and curriculum setting.
