摘  要:目前高职报关专业单证技能培养教学模式不足主要体现在校内教师队伍职业实践能力较弱,而弥补这一不足的有效途径是建立双导师制教学模式。报关专业单证技能双导师制教学模式,即由校内专业教师和企业导师合作完成学生的核心职业能力的培养模式。构建双导师制教学模式从组建企业导师队伍、建立企业导师管理考核评价相关管理制度、确定校企合作开发课程标准、创新实践学生单证技能的考核评价方式等入手,能切实提升高职报关与国际货运专业的单证技能培养质量。A t present the deficiency of custom s declaration m ajor docum ents skills training in higher vocational colleges is m ainly m anifested in the school teachers' w eak professional practical ability and the effective w ay to rem edy is to establish the double tutorial teaching m ode. C ustom s declaration docum ents skills double tutorial system teaching m ode is the training m ode in w hich the professional teachers and enterprise tutors collaborate to train students core vocational ability. The construction should start from the organization of the enterprise tutors, the establishm ent of related m anagem ent system of enterprise tutorials m anagem ent evaluation, the determ ination of course standards of school-enterprise cooperation developm ent and the innovation and practice of students docum ents skills evaluation m ethods, and really im prove the docum ents skills training quality of custom s declaration and international forw arding m ajor in higher vocational colleges.
