摘　　要："以赛带训"是抚顺职业技术学院基于各类技能大赛而提出的人才培养模式,就是将实训教学与技能大赛相结合,建立"赛中学"、"学中赛"。这种教学模式能锻炼学生心理素质,强化学生团队合作意识,提高学生创新能力、实践能力,进而提升学生就业竞争力。The talents training m ode w ith the com petition driving training is put forw ard by Fushun V ocational Technology Institute based on various skills com petitions. It com bines practical training teaching w ith skills com petitions, and establishes the m ode of learning through com petition and com peting through learning. This teaching m ode can exercise the students＆#39; psychological quality, strengthen students＆#39; team cooperation consciousness, im prove students＆#39; innovation ability and practice ability, and further enhance students＆#39; em ploym ent com petitiveness.
