摘　　要：职业院校教师文化建设作为加强职业院校校园文化建设的重要组成部分,在现实中教师文化建设遭遇了内外双重困境,针对这些影响因素,提出相应的解决策略,转变原有滞后的教育理念、扭转偏颇的价值体系、重塑教学评价观,使得教师文化建设在专业视阈下朝着自然合作的文化类型迈进。As an important part of strengthening the construction of campus culture in universities occupation, the construction of vocational college teachers＂ culture in reality suffered a double dilemma internally and externally. Aiming at these factors, the paper put forward the corresponding measures in- cluding changing the original backward educational concept, reversing biased value system, and resha- ping the concept of teaching evaluation, so as to make the teacher culture construction develop towards a natural and cooperative culture type in professional perspective.
