摘 要:高校绩效工资改革目前遭遇岗位上岗条件与绩效结构比例的随意设置、利益分配主体之间的矛盾激化、绩效评估考核标准的刻板量化与过度利益化等诸多现实困境,造成这些现实困境的深层次原因主要包括高等教育发展规律的严重违背、现代大学办学理念的严重缺失、公平与效率并重原则的严重缺乏、内部治理与外部监督并举途径的严重缺位等方面。Academic merit pay reform is currently a post conditions and structural proportion of optional Settings, the contradiction between the interests distribution are intensified, performance of evaluation standard of rigid quantification and so on many practical difficulties, the deep reasons of these practical difficulties mainly includes the law of development of higher education lack of serious violation, the concept of modern university education, the serious lack of the principle of paying equal attention to fair and efficiency, internal management and external supervision and serious vacancy, etc.
