林业高校经管类专业人才培养模式的可拓分析——以某林业大学为例

摘  要:对某林业大学经管类专业人才培养模式进行了分散、相关、蕴含和可扩四项可拓分析发现:林业高校培养方案中培养目标不够明细,课程开设门数多且缺乏特色,导致同质化培养;高学历、高水平师资欠缺,需加强学校软实力建设;"说堂"教学方法枯燥低效,应创新经管类人才培养模式,采取丰富多样的"学堂"教学方法;课程实践学时比例偏低,集中实践易流于形式,应加大实践教学比例,提高理论课教学中实践环节的要求,激发教师自觉增加课程内实践教学环节的积极性和主动性,真正做到理论与实际相结合。The cultivation of innovative talents is the primary task and the eternal theme for college, so is it with the Forestry University. In this thesis, four extension analyses were carried out regarding the cultivation of economy and management professionals in Southwest Forestry University: the first is divergence analysis, it is found that the objec- tives of training in cultivating scheme are not detailed, moreover, although there were a large number of courses avail- able, most were lack of features, leading to homogenization of cultivation; the second is correlation analysis, it is found that if the college want to attract highly educated teachers, the feasible method is to construct not only the hard power but also the soft power; the third is content analysis, it is found that if the college hope to innovate the mode of talent training in economy and management professions, it must abandon dull teaching method and instead introduce more fruitful teaching methods; the fourth is extension analysis, it is found that the proportion of practice in the design of a curriculum is low, concentrated practice became a mere formality.
