摘  要:针对高职教师教学能力不适应或不能满足高等职业技术教育要求的现状,将高职教育教学活动组织方法之一的"工作过程六步法"应用于该项目,具体分析其过程和途径,探讨其具体的实施办法,促进高职教师队伍素质的提升。Higher vocational college teachers’ teaching ability cannot adapt to or satisfy the requirements of the present situation of higher vocational and technical education. The “Six-step Working Process”is one of the organization methods of higher vocational education and teaching activities. With the concrete analysis of the process and the approach and the exploration on the specific implementation measures,the application of that method in the project can promote the improvement of the higher vocational teaching faculty's qualities.
