摘  要:比较分析了同一品牌不同蜂胶制品的品质,并参照蜂胶国标对蜂胶主要有效成分黄酮类物质的含量进行了分析,使用分光光度比色法测定了提纯蜂胶、蜂胶胶囊、毛胶、蜂胶片、蜂胶液中的黄酮含量。由于不同蜂胶制品的加工工艺不同,其黄酮类物质含量有所差异。提纯蜂胶是由毛胶提纯而来,未加入任何添加剂,黄酮含量为较高(45.56%);蜂胶胶囊中的添加辅料较少,黄酮含量也相对较高(27.78%);而毛胶含的杂质较多,黄酮含量稍低(14.25%);而蜂胶片、蜂胶液制品中的辅料相对较多,故黄酮含量相对低(分别为8.91%、3.99%)。Comparative analysis of the same brand of different propolis products quality , and with reference to the propolis national standard (GB/T20574) main effective components content of flavonoids of propolis were analyzed, using spectrophotometric colorimetry to determine the purified propolis, propolis capsule, propolis material, propolis tablet, propolis flavonoid content in liquid. Due to the different propolis products processing technology was different, the difference between the flavonoids content. Purified propolis is by propolis material purification, did not add any additives, flavonoids content was highest(45.56%). Less add supplementary materials in the propolis capsule of flavonoids content is relatively higher (27.78%). And propolis contains more impurities, flavonoids content was slightly lower(14.25%);And propolis tablet, propolis liquid products of complementary makings relatively more, so the flavonoids content is relatively low (8.91%, 3.99%respectively).
