摘　　要：根据高职校企合作正进入的深层次发展阶段,提出了深层次的划分标准,论述了当前出现的几种深层次合作模式,分析了共性特征、成功因素及其内在机制。The cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises has been upgraded deeply. This paper firstly established a standard that can distinguish the level of cooperation. Secondly it discussed the present cooperation models, analyzing their commonalities, success factors and internal mechanisms.
