摘 要:近年来,贵州省的义务教育得到了很大发展,教师数量不足的问题得到了有效的缓解,但教育质量不高,小学阶段表现尤为明显;而教师素质则是制约教育质量的关键因素。因此,研究小学教师整体素质的提升,须探讨建立什么样的培养模式。通过对贵州省目前本科学历小学教师培养模式在生源质量、教学技能培养、职业认同感和学校课程设置等方面存在问题的分析,提出适应贵州省情的小学教师培养模式,推动教育质量的提高。In recent years, compulsory education has made a better progress in Guizhou.
