摘 要:目的:提高中西医结合实习生病历书写水平及锻炼实习生临床思维能力和问题处理能力,以加强实习生后期教学培养。方法:在广西中医药大学附属瑞康医院中西医结合专业本科实习生中随机选取60人,随机组分为2个组:试验组和对照组,每组30人。其中试验组给予改革式教学,对照组给予传统教学,两者课时数、教材、教学内容相同,然后进行考核。结果:试验组实习学生病历书写的考试成绩和临床技能和分析问题能力均优于对照组学生。结论:"错误病历"的临床教学模式,是对传统教学法很好的补充,不但提高了教学效率,而且达到了传授知识和锻炼实习生临床思维能力、处理问题的能力。Purpose Improve the level of cooperation of Chinese and western medicine interns medical record writing and exercise interns clinical thinking ability and problem handling capacity, to strengthen the late intern teaching training. Methods in Chinese and western medicine combined with randomly selected 60 people in the professional undergraduate interns, random group is divided into two groups:experimental group and control group, each group 30 people. These patients have given teaching reform, the control group given the traditional teaching, the two classes, textbooks, teaching contents, and the same number and appraised. Results students internship medical records written trial test scores and clinical skills and ability of analysis problem students is better than that of control group. Conclusion&quot;false medical records&quot;clinical teaching mode is a good supplement to the traditional teaching methods, not only to improve the teaching efficiency, and achieve the transmission of knowledge and exercise interns’ clinical thinking ability, the ability to handle problems.
