摘　　要：高等职业教育的快速发展对高职院校教师实践能力提出了更高要求,通过分析高职教师队伍现状,提出了以校内生产性实训基地为依托的具有高职特色的教师实践能力提高策略。With the rapid development of higher vocational education, higher requirements are raised for the professional practice abilities of teachers from higher vocational colleges. In this paper, by analyzing the present situation of higher vocational teaching staff, the author puts forward teachers＇ professional practice abilities improvement strategies which relay on practical training base of university-industry cooperation with higher vocational characteristics.
