摘  要:反思性实践者,是当代教师的专业属性;在实践中、指向实践、为了实践,已成为教师教育课程改革的共同价值取向。"临床教育学"强调实践性、跨学科性;开展基于"临床教育学"理论视野的教师教育研究,确立"临床实践型教师"的师范生培养目标取向,是彰显当代教师专业属性的时代需求。文章主要从目标定位、课程取向、课程实施三方面,对如何培养"临床实践型教师"展开论述,探寻了当前师范生培养的途径和策略。Nowadays, professional teachers are reflective practitioners. Focus on practice has become the common value orientation of the teacher education curriculum reform. Clinical education emphasizes on interdisciplinary practice. It is a requirement of times to carry out research on teacher education based on the clinical education theory and set a goal of train ing normal school students for careers as clinical practice teachers. This article discusses how to raise clinical teachers from three aspects, including target making, courses choosing and curriculum implementation, and tries to explore ways and strategies for the contemporary normal students training.
