摘　　要：近年来,新媒体的广泛运用带来了高校党建环境的变化,为大学生党建工作提出了新命题。要破解这些新命题,高校辅导员必须适应新形势的发展要求,把握新媒体互动传播、灵活快捷、简洁高效、资源丰富、贴近生活等特点,积极探索优化大学生党建工作的新途径,开创大学生党建工作的新局面。In recent years, extensive use of new media brings about changes in the college party construction environment, and put forward a new proposition for the work of Party building for college students.
