论高职院校专业教学团队建设的策略

摘　　要：高等职业技术教育是我国高等教育事业的重要组成部分,加强高职院校专业教学团队的建设是提升高职教育水平的重要手段。但我国目前的高职院校专业教学团队建设存在诸多亟待解决的问题,必须采取切实的措施加以校正。具体措施应该包括团队师资建设,团队能力建设,团队兼职教师建设,团队文化建设,团队制度建设等五个方面。Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education in China. Strengthening the construction of professional teaching teams in higher vocational colleges is an important means to enhance the vocational education level. But at the present China, as to the construction of professional teaching teams in higher vocational colleges, there are many problems to be solved, and to be corrected by taking effective measures, which includes five aspects, i. e. , the teachers＇ team construction, construction of the ability of the team, part-time teachers＇ team construction, team culture construction and team system construction.
