摘  要:通过测定失水率、过氧化值和羟基自由基清除率考察了添加葡萄籽油香波的保湿性能、抗氧化性能和羟基自由基清除能力。结果表明:2 g香波中添加6 mL葡萄籽油后,30℃恒温12 h,其保湿性提高了19.56%;分别用紫外光照射和45℃加热5 h,洗发香波中添加葡萄籽油的过氧化值比未添加小22.34%和25.54%;羟基自由基清除率是未添加的5.08倍。Moisturizing properties, antioxidant activity and hydroxyl radical scavenging ability of addition grape seed oil were investigated through measuring water loss ratio, peroxide value and radical scavenging ratio.
