摘　　要：受英国公共部门评估改革的潜在影响和苏格兰地方教育当局的直接推动,学校自我评估成为苏格兰教育发展的内在需要。通过《我们的学校有多好?》,苏格兰明确了学校自我评估涉及的问题,建立了包括成就和业绩、学校工作和生活、洞察力和领导能力的质量指标框架,并制定了评估的六级分类标准。评估的实施提升了苏格兰学校的整体教育质量,并影响了欧洲的学校评估发展。School self-evaluation has become the inner need of education development in Scotland under the influence of public sector evaluation reform in the UK and the direct drive of Scotland＇ s local authorities. Through the report of How Good is our School, Scot- land clarities the issues connected with school self-evaluation, establishes the quality indi- cator framework including success and achievement, work and life of the school, vision and leadership, as well as formulates the six-point scale principles of school self-evaluation. Therefore, the whole school education quality in Europe has been greatly influenced. has been improved and the school evaluation
