摘　　要：公民教育对于国家国民性的重塑以及国家的发展有着重大影响。为培养更能适应国家发展的公民,新加坡政府和教育部将于2014年推出新品格与公民教育。通过身份、人际关系和抉择三大概念,新品格与公民教育课程将引导学生从自身出发延伸至家庭、学校、社区、国家和世界层面进行反思,并通过政府、学校、社区等各种途径来实施,以为新加坡良好公民的培养奠定基础。Citizenship education have a major impact on the reshaping of the national character and the development of the country. To cultivate new citizens who can better adapt to the national development, Singapore government and education department will launch the new character and citizenship education in 2014. Students will learn values through such three overarching ideas as dentity, relationships and choices, and make reflection starting with self and extending to the family, school, community, nation and the world. Through various path as the government, school, community to implement it so as to land the ground- work for the Singapore＇s good citizen education.
