摘  要:农村教师的专业发展及专业能力水平的提高是农村教育持续发展的关键,所以,建设一支素质高、能力强的农村教师队伍势在必行。因此,面对当下农村教师专业发展中的失衡之态,要采取适当的专业发展均衡的策略,促进农村教师对专业发展认识的知、情、意的和谐,以使其所参与的促进专业发展的各种培训获得最大化的效果。The professional development and the professional ability raise of teachers in rural areas is the key of the rural education sustainable development,therefore, to construct a high quality and a strong ability of rural teachers is need to be done.So, Facing the imbalance of rural teachers professional development in current state,we should take the appropriate balanced strategy in professional development, and promote rural teachers knowledge,emotion and will in harmony in the understanding professional development,in order to make all kinds of training their participated which promote their professional development reached the maximum effect.
