摘 要:从油菜根际土壤中分离得到一株产红色素的真菌,编号为WD02。经形态学特征和ITS序列分析对该菌株进行初步鉴定,并构建系统进化树,对色素的溶解性、毒理性、抑菌性和抗氧化性等进行研究。结果表明,WD02与青霉菌属的同源性达到了99%,属于绳状青霉(Penicillium funiculosum)。该红色素极易溶于水、95%乙醇和甲酸溶液中,微溶于正丁醇,不溶于其他非极性溶剂;该红色素无抗生素功能且无毒;该红色素具有一定的抗氧化能力,对·OH、O2-·以及DPPH·的清除能力略低于Vc。A fungus WD02 which produce red pigment was isolated from rhizosphere soil of rape. IT was identificated according to morphological characteristics and ITS rDNA sequences, and thus the phylogenetic tree was built by using DNAMAN biosoft. The red pigment was studied in its solubility, toxicology, antimicrobial and antioxidation. The result showed that the homology between WD02 and Penicillium sp. is higher than 99%, so that the WD02 belongs possibly to Penicillium funiculosum. The red pigment was easy to soluble in water, 95% ethanol and formic acid, slightly soluble in butyl alcohol, insoluble in non-polar solvent. The red pigment was without antibiotic function and non-toxic. The red pigment had antioxidant capacity, and its scavenging ability on .OH, O2-, DPPH- was slightly lower than Vc.
