职业压力对高职院校教师的积极作用和消极作用

摘  要:职业压力在高职院校教师群体中存在着普遍性,适度的压力可以促进教师拓展思维能力,提高工作效率,提升综合素质,激发工作潜力并为教师带来成就感,而过度的压力则会给教师的工作、生活、学习和身心健康带来严重危害。本文探讨了职业压力对高职院校教师的积极作用和消极作用,提出社会、学校、家庭和个人都应多方面采取措施,相互配合,从而共同缓解高职院校教师职业压力。occupational stress universally exists among the teachers in vocational colleges. Proper stress can promote the thinking ability, working efficiency, comprehensive quality and working potentials together with the sense of achievement. On the contrary, excessive stress can cause serious danger for teacher's working, living, studying and physical health. From the positive and negative influence of vocational stress on the teachers, this article proposes that the society, the college, the family and the individual should take steps and cooperate with each other, to jointly relieve the vocational stress on the teachers.
