摘　　要：良好的师德是打造优质教师队伍的保障,是提升高校内涵发展的基本要求。加强师德建设,应当以科学发展观为指导,更新教育理念,建立真正有效的监督管理机制,才能赢得师德师风建设和教育教学质量的双丰收。The good ethics of teachers is the guarantee of building the excellent teaching rank as well as the basic requirement for impro- ving the college connotation construction. We should strengthen the teachers＇ ethical development with the scientific view on develop- ment, renew the education concept and build the truly effective supervision and management mechanism so as to promote the ethical de- velopment of teachers and improve the teaching efficiency.
