摘　　要：分析了目前我国物流企业人力资源管理存在的问题,以战略性人力资源管理理论为基础,提出了物流企业战略性人力资源管理模型的构建方法,包括模型的基本要求、关键要素、重要机制以及作为模型核心的价值评价机制的运作。In this paper, we analyzed the problems existing in the human resource management practice of the logistics enterprises in China at the moment, and then on the basis of the strategic human resource management theory, proposed the method to establish such a model, including the basic requirement, key elements, important mechanism and evaluation system of the model.
