物流企业长途运输司机的离职倾向预警分析

摘　　要：针对长途司机对物流行业的影响很大,当前还没有一个有效的定量分析司机离职对物流企业绩效发展风险预警的数学模型,无法从科学和数学角度定量地分析司机离职的影响和预警的问题,因此提出了基于最大李(Lyapunov)指数预测算法的长途运输司机离职倾向度多元线性回归数学模型,建立了物流企业长途司机离职风险预警评估系统,分析了离职风险预警评估系统功能指标,对风险预测评估关键技术引擎进行数据分析和预测算法研究。然后对基于离职倾向度进行预警模型的数学建模进行优化,以实际应用为背景进行系统测试,测试和仿真结果表明,系统能定量分析出物流企业长途司机的离职倾向度,数值与实际相符。In this paper, we proposed the multiple linear regression model of the quiting tendency of the long-distance transportation vehicle drivers based on the maximum Lyapunov index forecasting algorithm, built the long-distance transportation vehicle driver quiting risk prewarning and evaluation system, analyzed the functional index system of the quiting risk prewarning and evaluation system and studied the key technical engines in the risk forecasting and evaluation. At the end, through a simulation, we demonstrated that the system could quantitatively obtain the quiting tendency of the long-distance drivers of the logistics enterprises.
