摘 要:在人们物质生活日益多元化的今天,在保证质量的前提下,开发新型产品是企业立足市场的重要基础条件。对于酿酒行业,在传统白酒的勾兑技术上进行大胆创新,与现代生物科学技术结合,开发符合大众消费需求的新型白酒,是白酒企业获取持续发展的动力源泉,也是我国白酒行业走创新发展之路的重要体现。从原料的质量、酒体设计、勾调等方面介绍了新型白酒的调配方法和注意要点,并对其市场现状等方面进行了全面论述。(晓文)The diversified development of people's material life today requires liquor-making enterprises to develop new-type liquor products on the premise of high product quality. On the other hand, liquor-making enterprises could achieve sustainable development through producing more new-type liquor products in accord with mass consumption demands by bold innovation of blending technology of traditional liquor in combina- tion with modem biotechs. This is also the innovation and development road for liquor-making industry in China. In this paper, the blending meth ods and some noticeable points for new-type liquor were introduced from the aspects including raw materials quality, liquor body design, and liquor blending etc. Besides, the market analysis of new-type liquor was elaborated here.
