摘　　要：目前高等工程教育的专业教师工程实践能力普遍欠缺,而工程实践能力对于工程人才的培养至关重要。要提高专业教师的工程实践能力,首先要分析现状,研究问题所在,之后从教师认识、企业锻炼、横向项目、短期培训、教师引进等方面着手开展专业教师工程实践能力的培养与提升。The ability of professional teachers of engineering practice practice ability is essential for engineering talent.To improve the first analyze the situation,study the problem,after understanding training,teachers and other aspects of the introduction of professiona ability. generally lack higher engineering education,training and engineering professional capacity of teachers in engineering practice,we must from teachers,corporate training,cross-cutting projects,short-term teachers embarked on projects to enhance the training and practical
