摘 要:为突显以学生为中心的教学理念,提供给体育教学、运动训练工作者动作发展序列理论与实践资源。运用文献资料、个人教学实践等研究方法,针对动作发展中动作发展序列理论与实践、当前体育与健康的课程标准、教师用书、教科书中相关运动技能学习内容设计进行研究分析。得出动作整体与部分发展序列的相关特征价值,即整体发展序列的阶段性、可预见性、基础动作与生理年龄的相关性;部分发展序列中特定项目的动作特征形象与特征途径的组合性。剖析动作发展序列的应用局限性。同时采用教学案例方式针对跑步、立定跳远项目的发展序列特征与体育教学中内容设计进行分析和相关原理阐述。In order to strengthen student-centered teaching and provide theory of motor developmental sequences for teachers and coaches, this study analyzed the theory and practice of motor developmental sequences, the current curriculum standard of physical education and health, teachers book, and the content in textbook about learning sports skills by using the methods of literature review, case studies of physical education teaching. It found that there were some characteristics of the total sequencing and component sequencing. The stage, predictability and basic motor skills in total motor developmental sequences were related to physiological age. Some specific motor images in component sequencing were combined with specific motor ways. It was limited on analyzing motor developmental sequences. These analyses including case studies of physical education teaching and theory of motor developmental sequences also were applied in run and standing long jump.
