摘　　要：应用能力与创新意识是更高层次的数学能力。本文通过对中学数学应用能力以及其与数学诸能力之间的关系的阐述,强调了中学数学应用能力培养的重要性。在此基础上,通过湖南高考对数学应用能力和新情境问题考查的探索与实践,结合我国目前对中学生数学应用能力培养以及高考考查的现状,对高考考查数学应用能力及新情境问题提出建议。Application ability and consciousness of innovation are higher level of mathematics ability. The paper states the importance of developing mathematics application ability in middle schools through elaborating the relationship between mathematics application ability in middle schools and all kinds of mathematics ability. Based on that, we put foreword some suggestions about the test of mathematics application ability and problems context to the new situations through some exploration and practice combined with the training of mathematics application ability in middle schools and the current college entrance examination of mathematics.
