摘 要:新疆中小学少数民族双语教师培训教材建设的相对滞后成为制约双语教师培训顺利实施的瓶颈。目前,新疆双语教师培训教材已使用7年之久,随着培训工程的深入推进,不少教材制约了培训质量和效果的进一步提升,需要修订或重编。教材选编应遵循的原则为:重视价值取向的多元化;建设立体化教材体系,设计与编写要有弹性;内容选材应融入新疆本土特色;学科专业知识应与时俱进,体现新理念;制定教材评价标准,建立教材质量保障体系等。The slow development of compiling textbooks for training ethnic bilingual teachers of primary and middle schools in Xinjiang has become the bottleneck for a smooth implementation of bilingual teacher training. At present, textbooks for training bilingual teachers have been used for seven years, and with the advancing of the training project, many of them have restrained the further improvement of training quality and should be revised or recompiled. In selecting and compiling textbooks, the following principles should be followed : 1 ) attaching importance to multiple value-orientations ; 2) developing stereoscopic teaching materials with flexible designing and compiling; 3 ) integrating Xinjiaug local characteristics into content; 4) containing professional knowledge to keep pace with the time and reflect new ideas; and 5) making textbook evaluation criterion and setting up a textbook quality guarantee system.
