摘  要:本文通过对通道县农村教师流动情况的调查,发现当地农村教师呈现一种不合理的单向上位流动趋势,流动教师以中青年、高职称高学历、非少数民族教师为主。其主要根源在于经济因素、学校因素、政策因素和社会因素。为稳定少数民族地区农村教师队伍,有关部门需完善政策管理机制、建立教师流动保障机制和加大教育经费投入力度。A survey of the flow of rural teachers in Tongdao County shows that there is an irrational trend of upward flow mainly among middle aged rural teachers who have diplomas and high professional titles and who are not ethnic minority teachers. The flow is mainly caused by economic, school, policy and social reasons. In order to stabilize rural teaching body in ethnic regions, related departments should optimize policy administrative mechanism, set up a guarantee system for teacher flow and increase funds for education.
