摘　　要：本研究是对通辽职业学院高职英语教师教学情况的调查和分析,使高职英语教师认识到自身专业素质和能力直接影响所培养的学生水平,高职英语教师要改进教学方法,调整教学内容,激发学生的学习动机,增强学生的自信心。社会和学生需要高素质专业化的英语教师队伍。This study investigates the English teaching situation of the English teachers in Tongliao Voca- tional College. The results show that English teachers should improve their teaching method, adjust the teaching content, stimulate students＇ learning motivation and strengthen students＇ self-confidence. The English teach- ers should be aware that their own professional quality and ability will directly influence the cultivated students, and the society and students need a group of the English teachers with high quality and expertise.
