摘  要:师范生免费教育制度建设是提高我国师范教育质量、促进基础教育均衡发展和教育公平的实现路径。当前,我国师范生免费教育制度建设呈现出新的发展趋势:实施范围进一步扩大;制度的顶层设计进一步专业化;更加严格免费师范生准入与管理制度。以培养优秀教师和造就未来教育家为目标,当前我国师范生免费教育制度建设在制度环境、制度本体以及制度实施方面还存在诸多现实困境。加强和改进我国师范生免费教育制度建设,需要不断加强师范生免费教育环境支持体系建设,完善师范生免费教育制度顶层设计,严格师范生免费教育制度实施过程,以期推动我国师范生免费教育的生态发展。Construction of the system of providing free education for normal students is the path to improve the quality of normal education, and promote the balanced development of basic education and the realization of fair education in our country. This system presents a new developing trend: implementing scope is further expanded; the top design of system will be further specialized; the system of acceptation and management of free normal students will be stricter. However, the sys- tem of providing free education for normal students in our country, whose objective is to cultivate excellent teachers and fu- dents, it is necessary to constantly enhance the construction of the supporting system, improve the top design of the system of free normal education; make the process of implementation of free education system stricter, in order to promote the de- velopment of ecology of free normal education in our country.
