摘　　要：笔者基于"信任—交易成本—控制权配置"的理论逻辑探讨信任这一重要因素在家族企业配置控制权过程中的作用机制。首先,从最大化节约交易成本的角度构建了家族企业基于信任的控制权配置的一般模型;其次,根据家族企业不同成长阶段中信任模式的改变分析其控制权配置的演化过程;最后指出了未来可能的研究方向。The paper has discussed the mechanism of trust how to affect the family enterprise＇s allocation of control rights based on the theoretic logic of ＂trust-transaction costs-allocation of control rights＂. Firstly, we set up a general model of family enterprise＇s allocation of control rights based on the trust in order to minimize the transac- tion cost. Secondly, we analyze the evolution process of allocation of control rights based on the change of trust pat- tern during the family enterprise＇s grow. At last, we point out the possible direction of future research.
