摘　　要：实践教学是工科类专业非常重要的教学环节,具有其他教学过程完全无法替代的重要作用。结合地方性本科院校的定位和专业师资的具体情况,指出目前实践教学中存在的问题,围绕地质工程专业实践教学的特点,提出了实践教学的改革模式,探索新的实践教学方法,增强学生的动手能力和实践技能,提高学生的创新力和工作力,培养出符合地方经济发展需求、能为地方经济建设服务的高级工程技术人才。Practical teaching plays a very important part in engineering class teaching, which can be replaced with other teaching processes. In considering the positioning of local colleges and the situation of professional teaching staff, the authors point out the current problems in teaching practice and put forward the reform mode of practice teaching. The authors put forward the reform of practice teaching mode, explore new teaching methods to strengthen students＇ practical ability and practical skills, aiming to improve the students＂ innovation ability and the work ability to meet the needs of local economic development and train senior engineering and technical personnel for local economic construction.
