摘　　要：知识经济时代最重要的资源就是人才和知识。一个组织如果能够既拥有优良的人力素质,又拥有良好的知识管理系统,将更能有效面对变动复杂的竞争环境。这一点对于传道解惑授业的学校而言,尤为必要。论文主要诠释了对于学校组织具有价值和意义的知识范围,以及学校管理者如何透过有效的知识管理最优化知识的价值从而达成和发展组织的使命和目标。Talents and knowledge are the fundamental resources in the era of knowledge economy. An organization, powered with both capable human resources and effective knowledge management system, will gain competitive advantages in today＇ s world of constant and complex changes. This is of particular importance for schools where the way to live is offered, professional knowledge imparted and doubts resolved. This paper is intended to illustrate the knowledge scope of significance and value for school organizations, and how school managers optimize the value of knowledge through effective knowledge management mechanism to achieve the mission of the organization and realize the goals for further development.
