摘  要:文化是德育课程的母体。德育课程作为文化之一分子,必然要受制于并促动着社会文化的变迁与转型。从文化的核心——价值观层面反思,我国德育课程目标要体现具有教育出发点和基础性质的民族精神——"刚健自强、厚德载物";德育教材内容应反映中国传统文化的核心价值——"仁义礼智信",并根据时代特点进行创造性转化,将其与西方文化的核心价值如自由、民主、平等、人权等相契合。在德育课程实施过程中,我们应超越灌输与启发二元对立的思维方式,树立"德育大课程观"。As a basic element of culture, moral education curriculum inevitably is restricted by and has an impact on the course and pattern of social-cultural change and transition. This paper makes an reflection from the aspect of values, the core of culture, and proposes that the objectives of moral education curricu- lum should demonstrate the national spirit, namely, "self-discipline and social commitment", which is the starting point and the basic standpoint of our education system~ and that the content of moral education teaching materials should reflect the fundamental values of Chinese traditional culture, namely, "benevo- lence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom and trust", and be prepared to embrace the changes of times and make adaptations accordingly. The paper calls for the establishment of "a broad view of moral education curriculum", eliminating the dualistic confrontation between "inculcation" and "enlightenment".
