师范生现代教育技术能力的影响因素及改善策略分析

摘　　要：教育技术能力已经成为衡量一名现代教师职业素质的重要依据之一,是师范生基本能力的重要组成部分,也是师范生培养的重要内容之一。本文以《中小学教师教育技术能力标准》为主要依据,采用问卷调查的方式对湘西部分高校师范生进行了问卷调查,通过对数据的分析,找出了影响该能力的因素,并提出了提高现代教育技术能力的办法。Educational technology ability has become one of the important bases to measure the occupational qualities of a modern teacher, is an important part of the basic ability of normal students, and is one of the training contents of normal students. This paper, taking Educational Technology Competency Standards for Primary and Middle School Teachers as the main basis, conducts a questionnaire survey towards normal students from part of universities of West Hunan by using the way of questionnaire survey, through the analysis of the data, finds out the factors affecting the ability, and puts forward methods to improve the modern educational technology.
