摘　　要："生物药物分离纯化"课程可从课程内容设计、教学实施、考核、课程资源等方面进行基于"任务引领"建设。实践表明,将教学内容融合在一个或多个任务中,学生在完成工作任务的过程中学习相关理论知识,其综合职业能力可以明显提高。The content design, teaching practice, curriculum resources of separation and purification biopharmaceuticals based on task- guiding were built , Practice showed that vocational ability had improved significantly when Integrating the teaching content the students＇ comprehensive into one or more tasks.
