摘  要:当前,地方高师院校忽视了师范生实践教学技能的训练和提高。为此,绵阳师范学院采取了一系列措施,如:加强制度建设,制定凸显师范技能培养的系列文件;围绕"一元"核心,调整历史学专业课程结构;注重学生实践,优化课堂教学内容、方法与手段;强化学生训练,构建"渐进、全面、实用、真实"的试讲模式;以科研促教学,推进了历史课程、教材、教学与实习等相关研究。In local normal colleges and universities, the training and improvement of normal student's teaching skills has long been neglected. Therefore, a series of measures has been experimented in Mianyang normal universi- ty, such as : to strengthen the system construction by issuing a success of normal skill training regulations, to adjust the curriculum for history majors centering the concept of "one aspect", to optimize teaching content, method and means orienting at student's practice, to enhance student training by constructing a "logical, comprehensive, prac- tical and real" practice mode, and to simulate teaching through scientific research by promoting study on history curriculum, textbook, teaching and teaching practice.
