摘　　要：一对一数字化学习已在全球广泛开展,一对一环境中的班级文化建设已逐渐成为一个重要课题。本研究在对当前班级数字空间建设现状进行调研的基础上,构建了包含物质文化、行为文化、制度文化和精神文化的一对一班级文化建设四要素模型,并对该模型的界面设计、模块设计、在线活动设计等进行了深入探讨。在此基础上,开发了网络星星榜工具,并以实证研究的方式探讨了该工具对班级文化建设中班级凝聚力的影响。One to one digital learning has been wide developed in the whole world and gotten more and more attention. How to build the class culture in the virtual space becomes an important research field. Based on the survey of the class culture building on the class websites and the research of how to build the class culture in the traditional circumstance, this research constructed a one to one digital learning class culture building model which included four elements： material culture, behavior culture, system culture and spiritual culture. Based on the four elements model, this research designed and developed a Network Stars List tool and applied the tool in an experimental study to test the effective of the tool in improving the classes＇ cohesion.
