摘　　要：从外语教育战略角度出发,结合中原经济区建设的区域发展要求,对河南高校外语教育的总体布局和教育现状进行调研,同时在借鉴国外大学外语战略经验的基础上,分析当前外语教育存在的总体布局不均衡等问题,并提出了相关对策。From the perspective of foreign language education strategy, this paper, on mands of the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone, investigates universities＇ the basis of the regional de- current status and the general layout of foreign language education strategy in Henan province, and meanwhile, in the light of some oversea univer- sities＇ strategies, analyses the imbalance of the general layout of foreign language education and puts forward rele- vant countermeasures
