摘  要:高职与普通本科"3+2"分段人才培养有其特殊性,既要让学生掌握专业技术技能,又要让学生构建起完整的知识体系。基于此人才培养定位,以满足企业和学生需求为导向,从人才培养目标、人才培养过程、人才培养成效三方面确定"3+2"分段人才培养质量评价指标体系,充分体现了促进学生全面发展和为经济社会发展服务的原则。The section talents training of "3+2" higher vocational and undergraduate education has its particularity, which requires students not only to obtain professional technology and skills, but also to construct an integrated knowledge sys- tem. Based on the talent training orientation, it is necessary to, with the guidance of meeting the needs of enterprises and students, define the indicator system for "3+2" section talents training quality evaluation system from the objective, process and outcome of talents cuhivation, to fully reflect the principle of promoting students' comprehensive development and serving economic and social development.
