摘　　要：知识链管理是一种新兴知识管理模式,这种管理模式能够有效地监督和控制知识在知识链成员之间的合理流动,从而形成知识优势,提高知识链竞争力。基于知识活动的研究视角,从知识链的概念界定入手,对知识链的知识活动类型、知识流动、知识共享和知识创造等研究进展进行了评述,并总结了现有研究的不足与未来研究方向。Knowledge chain management is a new model of knowledge management, which can effectively supervise and con- trol the rational flow of knowledge among the members of knowledge chain, thereby forming knowledge advantage and improving the competitiveness of knowledge chain. Based on the research perspective of knowledge activity, the paper starts from defining the con- cept of knowledge chain. Then, the paper reviews the research progress, including the knowledge activity type, the knowledge flow, the knowledge sharing and the knowledge creation of knowledge chain. Finally, the paper summarizes the lack of existing research and the direction of future research.
