摘 要:为了减少杂质对肌醇含量测定的影响,采用固相萃取技术,样品经LC-Florisil小柱净化处理,经浓缩、硅烷化后以正己烷提取,用气相色谱测定其肌醇含量,以提高肌醇含量检测的准确性。此方法回收率为95%-98%,各次重复测定平均标准差<5%,与国标方法相比无显著性差异,适合于婴幼儿配方奶粉中肌醇含量的分析测定。LC-Florisil固相萃取-气相色谱法完全能够满足婴幼儿乳品中肌醇含量的测定,具有较高的回收率和重现性,可有效地减少基质中杂质的干扰,提高检测的准确性。With views to the complex matrix of infant formula and the complicated procedure of&lt;GB 5413.25-2010 Determination of inositol in foods for infants and young children, milk and milk products&gt;, and to reducing the interference during inositol detection, solid phase extraction was used to enhance the accuracy of inositol determination in infant formula. The recevories for inositol detection in infant formula were from 95%to 98%, and the repeatability was less than 5%. LC-Florisil with solid phase extraction and gas chromatography was able to satisfy the inositol determination in infant formula which had higher recovery and repeatability and reduced the matrix interferenc to improve the accuracy of the results.
