摘　　要：毕业设计(论文)实践教学是保证本科教学质量的关键环节。从如何提高食品科学与工程专业的毕业设计(论文)质量出发,提出指导教师的配备、毕业设计(论文)选题、毕业设计(论文)执行过程和答辩等几方面做法,为其他院校提高毕业设计(论文)的质量提供参考。Graduation project （thesis） practice teaching is to ensure the quality of undergraduate teaching key. In this paper, how to improve the food science and engineering graduate design （thesis） quality, made with the guidance of teachers, graduation design （thesis） topics, graduation design （thesis） implementation process and other aspects of the practice and the respondent, as other institutions improve graduation design （thesis） quality reference.
